Before assigning a personal care assistant or Aide, a custom care plan will be developed to address each client/ senior’s specific needs. After developing the care plan, your family also  have an opportunity to interview our Aide/ personal care assistant candidates and choose the home health aide they feel most comfortable with as needed.
